Payment Details

  • A 10% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
  • Only bank transfer is accepted for all transactions.
  • Customer must provide PO confirmation and pay 10% advance on the quoted amount.
  • No refund or return of advance once production has started.
  • 100% payment must be completed before dispatch.
  • Silver cost is not included in the labour price.
  • All labour charges are separate as per quotation.

Dispatch Details

  • Once the order is confirmed and advance payment is received, we will inform you of the estimated dispatch timeline within 24 hours.
  • Once the order is prepared and the balance amount is received, the parcel will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Dispatch will be made via agreed logistics partners or methods.

Final Pricing

  • Weight Variation: Actual product weight may vary by approximately 1–2%
  • Casting Variation: Minor variations may occur in the design/finish of certain cast articles.
The final price will be calculated based on the prevailing silver rate at the time of readiness.
Labour charges will remain as quoted.

  • Rose and yellow gold plating is not guaranteed.
  • Factors such as perfume, sweat, and weather may affect plating durability.
  • Kindly handle jewellery with care to maintain its finish.

Discount Structure

  • No discount is applicable on orders weighing less than 1 KG.
  • Retail discounts are available for orders of 1 KG or more.
  • Discounts are applicable based on customer category.
