• A 10% advance payment is required to confirm the order.
• Only bank transfer is accepted for all transactions.
• The customer must provide PO confirmation and pay 10% advance on the quoted amount.
• The advance payment is non-refundable once production has started.
• 100% payment must be completed before dispatch.
• Silver cost is not included in the labour price.
• All labour charges are separate and will be applicable as per the quotation.

• Once the order is confirmed and the required advance payment is received, Beeamr will communicate the estimated dispatch timeline within 24 hours.
• Once the order is prepared and the balance payment is received, the parcel will generally be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
• Dispatch will be made through the agreed logistics partner or shipping method.

The dispatch timeline may vary depending on order quantity, product requirements, production status, and other applicable circumstances.

The final pricing of the order is subject to the following conditions:

• Weight Variation: Actual product weight may vary by approximately 1–2%.
• Casting Variation: Minor variations may occur in the design or finish of certain cast articles.

Rose gold and yellow gold plating is not guaranteed.

Plating durability may be affected by factors such as:

• Perfume
• Sweat
• Weather conditions
• Regular usage
• Contact with chemicals or other external factors

Customers are advised to handle plated jewellery with appropriate care to help maintain its finish and appearance.

• No discount is applicable on orders weighing less than 1 KG.
• Retail discounts are available for orders weighing 1 KG or more.
• Discounts are applicable based on the customer's category and applicable Beeamr pricing terms.

Any applicable discount will be communicated or reflected in the quotation before final order confirmation.
